A lead isn’t value.
A booked estimate is.

LeadFlow is the shared record between your agency and your contractors — every lead qualified, owned, and tracked to the estimate it did or didn’t produce.

A phone number isn’t a job. Contractors know it, agencies know it, and every month it turns into the same argument. LeadFlow keeps one record both sides can see — so the argument is about facts, not memory.

Four steps, every lead.

  1. 01

    It lands

Forms, ads, referrals and manual entry in one intake.

  2. 02

    You qualify it

Homeowner, in area, real number — before anyone pays.

  3. 03

    It gets an owner

Routed by service and ZIP, at that contractor's price.

  4. 04

    It stays on the record

Booked, disputed, credited — each outcome stamped with who and when.

What the record holds

One work queue
Unassigned, emergency and uncalled leads surface first, with the reason in the row.
Quality on the record
Valid, Questionable or Rejected — every change stamped with who and when.
Disputes with a deadline
48 hours from assignment. An approved dispute credits the lead and drops it from billing.
Per-contractor pricing
Own price, own ZIPs, own services. Routing and billing read the same place.

If your agency set you up

You’re a contractor. What is this?

Your agency sends you work through LeadFlow and creates your login. This is where you see the leads, and where you push back on one that wasn’t what it claimed. You don’t pay for LeadFlow — they do.

  • Every lead assigned to you — name, phone, service and ZIP.
  • Where it came from, and whether it was marked Valid, Questionable or Rejected.
  • A dispute button with a deadline: 48 hours from the moment the lead reached you.
